In this article, we'll walk through how to connect DocuSign to your BrightMove account at the company level, the individual level, or both.
Company vs. Individual Connections
DocuSign supports two independent connections, both managed from the same Marketplace card:
Company connection - a shared account used across your company. Anyone without their own personal connection will send offers through this account.
My connection - a personal DocuSign connection tied to your individual user. If you have a personal connection, offers you create use your own credentials instead of the company's.
Your company can mix and match! Some users can rely on the company connection while others use their own personal connection. If you don't have a personal connection set up, you'll automatically fall back to the company connection.
Setup Instructions
RPO Accounts only: First click to expand your Managed Companies list, select the appropriate child company, and click "Go." Then proceed to Step 1 listed below.
DocuSign Connection Steps
Step 1: From your BrightMove Dashboard, click your Profile icon to expand your Quick Links menu, and select "Marketplace."
Step 2: Find the DocuSign card. You'll see separate status and buttons for Company connection and My connection. Click Connect under whichever one you want to set up.
Step 3: When prompted, click "Continue."
Step 4: Enter the email address associated with your DocuSign account and click "Next."
Step 5: Enter the password for your DocuSign account and click "Log in."
Great job! A green checkmark next to Company connection or My connection indicates that the connection is active. If you connected the Company connection, you may need to log out of the ATS and back in for the change to take effect on your session.
A Few Things to Know
Disconnecting your personal connection doesn't affect the company connection, or vice versa; they're independent
If you don't have a personal connection, your offers use the company connection automatically
