In this article, we'll walk through how to add a formatted Offer Letter Template to your Document Repository. Before you begin, visit the Offer Letter Templates page and ensure your document is properly formatted.
📒 Note: BrightMove's offer letter solution currently supports Microsoft Word (.docx) documents.
Now that your document is properly formatted, follow the below steps to add it to your Document Repository.
Document Repository Steps
Step 1: From your BrightMove Dashboard, click your Profile icon to expand your Quick Links menu, and select "Settings."
Step 2: Then select "Document Repository."
Step 3: Click to "Add Category"
Step 4: Type your Category Name and then click "Save."
Step 5: Click the ellipsis and select "Add Doc."
Step 6: Type in your Attachment Description, and click "Choose File."
Step 7: Choose the appropriate file to upload and click "Save."
Excellent! Your Offer Letter Template has been added to the new category in your Document Repository and you're ready to Create an Offer.
