For Office 365:

5. Click Office 365
6. Put in your Tenant ID
7. Select Auto Parse if you want the inbound emails to automatically be added to manager or candidates profiles as activities. (Recommended)

8. Select Duality Mode if you want emails to send from BrightMove instead of your company email servers.  Only set this value if you're sure you wish to use Duality Mode.  If you're not sure, BrightMove Support for more guidance.
9. Click Save

You will then be redirected to the Office 365 page where you will sign in and accept the permissions. It will redirect you back into BrightMove once completed.

Note: BrightSync will not connect if you have strict permissions setup in Microsoft Entra that require admin consent to connect with BrightMove. In this case, you will need to grant your users the ability to install Microsoft verified apps without admin consent https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/enterprise-apps/configure-user-consent?pivots=portal.

For Exchange Servers:

5. Put in your email Username and Password
6. Put in your Exchange EWS URL

9. Click Save
