If you'd like to know who created a manager profile and when, as well as the last person to update it, this is where you'll want to look.

Audit

In the manager profile, the Audit tab displays who created the profile under Created By and the create date under Created On.

You can also view who was the last user to update the profile and on which date under Updated By and Updated On.
