Dashboard Tab on Job Profile

Legacy or Wisdom View

As a user, you have two view options to choose from: Legacy and Wisdom.  This view choice can be made by selecting the button in the top right of the job dashboard.

Legacy View

The Legacy view contains three graphs: Candidate Source, Job Submittal Status Summary and Historical Activity Totals Summary. There is also an option menu on each graph to print or export the graph info to various formats.

Candidate Source graph: Shows the Source of the Candidates submitted to the job.

Job Submittal Status Summary graph: Shows a summary of the Current Submittal Statuses Candidates submitted to this job are in. 

Historical Activity Totals Summary: A summary count of the Submittal Statuses for ALL submittal activities on this job.

Wisdom View

The Wisdom view contains a variety of aggregations and analytics about the job laid out on a single dashboard.  Wisdom is our powerful data analytics platform.  Each analysis pane within the dashboard has a Tips & Insights section that provides additional context to the data analysis.  You can see this view by toggling the button that says Wisdom.

Important Notes:

• The Wisdom View is based upon the job data and the configuration of the submittal workflow and BrightFlow.
• BrightFlow Kanban stages must be properly setup with Submittal workflow statuses for this dashboard to be useful.
• There is approximately 1 hour of latency between data within ATS and the Wisdom dashboard.

Use Wisdom to Explore the Job Data

Each pane on the dashboard has a control in the top right that allows the user to filter, expand for exploration and export the data within the pane.  By clicking these controls, you can keep or exclude certain data, drill down or drill up and seek new insights.
