Got a great candidate and what to see what the may be a fit for? You can match jobs with similar Required Skills as the Primary Skills listed in a Candidate's profile!

On the Candidate profile: 

1. Click More.
2. Click Search Jobs from Skills. 

This will open a Job Power Search with your candidate's Primary Skills as search criteria. Any jobs in your BrightMove account matching this criteria will be displayed.
