Do you need to send emails to several managers within a Client/Department? We'll walk you through the process of mass emailing here!
The Mass Email:
- Navigate to the Managers tab of the Client/Department profile
- Place a check mark next to the managers you'd like to mass email
- Find the Choose Action for List dropdown
- Select a custom Email Template or Send Blank Email to write one yourself
- Send the email
- The emails will be recorded in the Activities section of each manager profile
