Mass Email Managers at Multiple Different Clients/Departments

Mass emailing managers begins in the Power Search screen. To get there:

1. Click to expand the Managers menu on left hand side
2. Select Power Search

To send a mass email from this screen, first enter your Power Search criteria. Once you've obtained your desired results, follow these steps to mass email:

1. Check Mark the managers you want to email
2. Click the Choose Action for List dropdown
3. Select Send Blank Email or select a custom Email Template
4. Send the email
5. These emails will be logged as Activities in each manager profile
