Learn how to add Basic Qualifications (BQ's) to a single job.
General
You can add Basic Qualifications to a portal to have them display for all jobs or customize Basic Qualifications to show on a single job. Follow these steps to add a Basic Qualification to a single job:
- View the Job Profile
- Click on More
- Click on Basic Qualifications
Note: Make sure the Basic Qualification does not have the Show on Portal option selected.
This will open the Basic Qualification Management view for the job. Here you can add and delete the Basic Qualifications for a job.
Important: You can only add Basic Qualifications to a job until it has a submittal. Once there are Candidates submitted to the job, you can no longer add, edit, or delete BQ's to that job. You can instead close that job and open a new one to assign different Basic Qualifications.
