Recruiter Analytics is a robust tool available on software packages with Analytics Enabled. We'll discuss this tool here.
To access Recruiter Analytics, you must have Access Recruiting Analytics and View Recruiting Analytics Conversion Details enabled in your security role.
Recruiter Analytics:
Recruiter Analytics is a feature that tracks visitors of each job, if they applied, when the applicant is moved into a status designated as quality, and if they are hired.
To access this feature, navigate to a job profile and select the Recruiter Analytics tab.
To filter your results by a specific date range, you can set a From and To date in the Filter section.
You can also filter by source to quickly determine what sources are providing the best return of applicants, not only by number but by quality as well.
To include Internal or Non-Web candidates in your analytics, you can select the respective toggles. Non-Web refers to direct integration job boards like ZipRecruiter Apply or Indeed Apply.
The percent of applicants who make it from the previous step to the next is highlighted below. The percent from the total number of visitors is displayed below the number of people tracked in each stage.
Table View:
If you'd like to visualize your Analytics data differently, we offer the Table View option.
To activate Table View, navigate to the Recruiter Analytics tab and click the grey Table View button. Once clicked, it will be highlighted in blue to let you know which one you have chosen.
