You can add communication templates to send automatically at various stages of your submittal workflow. These emails can be sent to Candidates, Managers, Recruiters, Sourcers, or Sales.
To add an automated email to a Submittal Status, first, navigate to the Submittal Workflow section, then follow the below steps.
1. Click Edit on the status you want to add the email to.
2. Select which Communication Templates you would like to use.
3. Click Save.
As soon as a candidate is moved into a submittal status with auto send emails, the emails will be sent to the specified individuals.
