Now that you have two-factor authentication turned on for your account, there will be some additional steps when you log in or reset your password.
Logging in to BrightMove with Two-Factor Authentication
To login to BrightMove with two-factor authentication,
- Enter your username and password.
- Click Sign In
- A new screen will appear, asking for your Auth Code
- Open your authenticator app to get your Auth Code
- Input the code into the box in BrightMove.
- Click Sign In
Password Resets with Two-Factor Authentication
If you need to reset your password and have two-factor authentication on, you will have some additional steps to take.
- Click Forgot Password
- Check your email and click the link (or select to answer your Security Questions)
- Enter the code from the email in BrightMove
- Set up your new password.
- Click Save.
- The new authentication screen will appear for you to enter the Auth Code from your app
- Click Sign In
