Overview:
In this article, we will discuss the account Products settings. To customize your available products, use the Products link in your main Settings menu. Products will be broken down into their subsequent and required parts. Please see each section below for creating those entities.
Locating the Products Settings
Your company's products settings are located within the main Settings screen under the Products link. Note: The options available in the Settings screen may vary depending on your currently assigned security role.
Adding a New Product
To add a new product, start by selecting the Add Product Type button. This will open a new pop-up window where you can enter the label for your product. Once entered, select the Save button to confirm.
Add Service
After you create your new product, you will need to create and assign services within it. Select the Add Service button to open a new pop-up window where you can enter the label for your service. Once entered, select the Save button to confirm.
Add Offering
The next step is to add an offering to your new service. Select the Add Offering button to open a new pop-up window where you can enter the label and cost of the offering. Once entered, select the Save button to confirm.
Add Paymodel
The final step is to add a paymodel to your offering. Select the Add Paymodel button to open a new pop-up window where you can enter the label and actions of the paymodel. The combined paymodel actions must add up and equal 100%. Once entered, select the Save button to confirm.
