Overview:
Basic Qualifications are custom knockout questions that you can ask you candidates when they apply to jobs. In this article, we will go through the process of a assigning BQ's to a specific job rather than posting to all jobs on the portal.
Assignment:
When you are creating a job for the first time, at any point you can choose to assign specific BQ's to this job. Specifically, BQ's that are not already posted onto the Portal. Once a job has submittals, you can no longer add BQ's to that job, so it is important that you add the BQ's when you are creating the job.
To do this you can follow these steps:
- From the job profile, click on the More button in the top right. Select Basic Qualifications.
- A new page will open. From here, click Add Questions in the top right.
- A drop down menu will appear that reads Search Questions. Any available questions will be listed here, simply click on the one you wish to assign and then click Assign. You can repeat this process to add more if you wish.
Keep in mind that only BQ's that did not have the selection for Show on Portal selected can be assigned to specific Jobs.
