Logging in and Password Resets with Two-Factor Authentication

Now that you have two-factor authentication turned on for your account, there will be some additional steps when you log in or reset your password.

Logging in to BrightMove with Two-Factor Authentication

To login to BrightMove with two-factor authentication,

  1. Enter your username and password.

  2. Click Sign In

  3. A new screen will appear, asking for your Auth Code

  4. Open your authenticator app to get your Auth Code

  5. Input the code into the box in BrightMove.

  6. Click Sign In

Password Resets with Two-Factor Authentication

If you need to reset your password and have two-factor authentication on, you will have some additional steps to take.

  1. Click Forgot Password

  2. Check your email and click the link (or select to answer your Security Questions)

  3. Enter the code from the email in BrightMove

  4. Set up your new password.

  5. Click Save.

  6. The new authentication screen will appear for you to enter the Auth Code from your app

  7. Click Sign In
