Locate the submittal in question on the Submittals tab.
Click More under the submittal.
Select View Submittal to open a detailed list of activities.
Review the activity log to see who performed each action and when it was completed.
Removing Submittal Records
Find the job submittal you want to remove
Click the Delete button
Confirm the deletion when prompted
Important Compliance Note:
If you choose to delete a submittal (from either the Job Profile Submittals tab or the Candidate Profile Submittals tab), be aware that this action will:
Permanently remove the candidate’s submission record for that job.
Permanently delete any attached Basic Qualification (BQ) documentation.
For compliance and audit purposes (such as OFCCP guidelines), you should:
Add a note to the candidate’s profile explaining why the submittal was deleted (e.g., submittal deleted to allow candidate reapplication due to incorrect BQ responses).
Document any key details to maintain a clear audit trail.
Do not delete the candidate profile itself unless absolutely necessary, as this removes all history tied to that candidate.
