What is a Submittal Report?

Submittal reports track and summarize candidate progress across your jobs. These reports help recruiters and managers monitor pipeline activity, identify bottlenecks, and analyze recruiter efficiency.

Types of Submittal Reports Available:

1. Submittal Report

  • Provides a current snapshot of all active submittals across your jobs.

  • Includes candidate name, job title, current submittal status, and assigned recruiter.

2. Submittal History Report

  • Displays historical movement of candidates through submittal statuses.

  • Useful for tracking candidate progression over time.

  • Available in both on-screen and CSV-optimized export formats.

3. Submittal Status Report (CSV Optimized)

  • Exports a status-focused summary of submittals for bulk data analysis.

  • Highlights status counts and candidate breakdowns.

4. Submittal Activity History Report (CSV Optimized)

  • Focuses on submittal-related activities (e.g., comments, reminders).

  • Ideal for tracking recruiter follow-up and activity logging trends.

How to Run a Submittal Report:

  1. Go to Quick Links > Reports in BrightMove.

  2. Choose the relevant report type.

  3. Apply filters (date range, recruiter, client, job).

  4. View report on-screen or export as CSV for offline analysis.

Using CSV Optimized Reports

  • CSV Optimized reports are designed for easy manipulation in Excel or other spreadsheet tools.

  • Use for large-scale data reviews or when preparing custom reporting outside BrightMove.

Tips for Reporting Success

  • Keep submittal statuses updated to ensure accurate reporting.

  • Use submittal activity history to audit recruiter follow-ups.

  • Export data regularly for backup and performance analysis.
