Who Logs In (and How)
Recruiters: Sign in with a recruiter license upon BrightMove onboarding (assigned via security roles).
Hiring Managers: Granted access to the HM Workspace by Recruiter via Settings → Manager Access or from the manager profile
Executives (Read-Only): Sign in with an Executive license. Can view dashboards, reports, and analytics, and see live updates, without editing records.
Quick assist for HMs: Authorized Super Users can use Assume Identity on a Hiring Manager to help complete tasks; the HM can still be logged in, and actions are recorded to the original HM user.
Fast Collaboration Highlights
Shared job records & pipelines for unified visibility (recruiters + HMs).
Submittals & reviews: Recruiters submit; HMs rank, comment, recommend hire/decline.
Notes & alerts: Keep both sides aligned; optional notifications prompt action.
Approvals (if enabled): HMs approve; recruiters track history.

Access vs. Status (Hiring Managers)
Manager “Status” (Active/Inactive) is a customizable, reportable label only—it does not control login.
Deletion/Recycle Bin removes a manager from dropdowns but keeps an audit trail; you can restore and re-grant access later.
