Jobs marked as Post to Web are:
Published to your Candidate Experience Portal
Exported to Indeed four times per day

Troubleshooting: Why Isn’t My Job on Indeed?
1. Check Integration Status
Go to the job in BrightMove
Open the Job Board Posting tab
Look for:
✅ Green check = job is in the feed
👤 Green person with check = applications are being received
2. Confirm Job Settings
Make sure Post to Web is checked
Ensure the Company profile is complete
(Optional) Check Indeed Apply settings (affects conversion, not visibility)
3. Check Job Content
Title: Avoid ALL CAPS, symbols, clickbait, or duplicates
Description: Must be original, accurate, and include job location and details
Fields: Ensure required fields (e.g., job type, location) are filled in
Compliance: Avoid screening questions not supported by Indeed
4. Use the Feed Logs
In the Job Board Posting tab, click View Logs
Filter by Job Board = Indeed and date range
Confirm the job was included in the export

Jobs must:
Be real, unique, and currently open
Include all required info (location, company, job title, duties)
Be easy to apply to (no fees, no complex hoops)
Be written clearly and without discrimination
Jobs must not:
Be reposted repeatedly to game the system
Use clickbait titles or misleading information
Violate anti-discrimination policies
Be used to build a future candidate pool (they must be active openings)

Request sponsorship setup for BrightMove as your ATS
Confirm with Indeed that Batch Posting via BrightMove is enabled on your account
New to BrightMove or Switching ATS?
