Managing your Manager Folders

Manage and organize manager folders in BrightMove—sort, filter, edit, and perform individual or bulk actions with ease.

Overview

Manager folders in BrightMove help you organize and manage groups of managers for easier access, collaboration, and tracking. This article outlines how to navigate the Manager Folders interface, edit folder settings, and perform actions inside a folder.

Managing Folders from the Main Page

Sorting and Filtering Folders

  • From the Manager Folders page, you can click on column headers such as Name and Members to sort the list.

  • Use the Search bar in the top-right corner to filter folders by keyword.

Editing or Deleting Folders

If you have the appropriate security permissions:

  • Click Edit to rename the folder or adjust the Shared setting.

  • Click Delete to permanently remove a folder.

Working Inside a Manager Folder

Individual Actions

Once inside a manager folder, you can manage individual entries by clicking action buttons in the row for each manager:

  • Add Note

  • Add Activity

  • Edit

  • Remove

Performing Mass Actions

To perform actions on multiple managers at once:

  1. Select the checkbox next to each manager’s name.

  2. Click Choose Action for List in the top-right corner.

  3. Select your desired mass action from the dropdown list.

To Add Note, Add Activity, Edit, or Remove a manager, click the appropriate action button in your chosen manager's row.

To perform a mass action:

  1. Check mark the managers

  2. Click Choose Action for List in the top-right of the page

  3. Select your desired mass action from the list
