What is Wiz?
Wiz is an agent and is the identity you will find throughout the ATS platform. As your AI assistant, Wiz can perform a growing list of tasks, from answering support questions to creating content, monitoring and managing communication channels, and providing recommendations.

Wiz operates on a flexible, consumption-based pricing model similar to popular AI platforms like ChatGPT:

Wiz AI is an optional, paid add-on to your BrightMove subscription. Usage-based billing begins on January 1, 2026.

One-Time Setup Fee: $99 per company
Monthly AI Platform Fee: $50 per company
Includes 1 million tokens
Additional Token Blocks: $50 per 1 million tokens
Purchased as needed when your monthly allocation is used
Understanding Tokens
A "token" is a discrete unit of data that AI systems use to process text, code, and other content. Tokens typically represent common sequences of characters, such as words, parts of words, or punctuation, and serve as the basic units the AI reads as input and generates as output.
Quick Reference:
1 token ≈ 4 characters or ¾ of a word
1,000 tokens ≈ 750 English words
1 million tokens ≈ 750,000 words
Both input tokens (what you send to the AI) and output tokens (what the AI generates) count toward your monthly allocation.
What 1 Million Tokens Gets You
Your monthly allocation of 1 million tokens supports substantial usage:
Conversation volume: 50-100 detailed conversations
Simple interaction example: A 10-word question with a 200-word answer uses approximately 280 tokens
Document analysis example: Uploading and analyzing a 5-page document uses approximately 3,000-4,000 tokens
Optimizing Your Token Usage
To maximize your monthly allocation:
Keep prompts focused and specific
Request concise responses when appropriate
Be strategic about document uploads and length
Important note: Unused tokens do not carry over from month to month.
Managing Your Wiz AI Usage
Simple On/Off Control: Account configurers can enable or disable Wiz AI at any time through Company Preferences. This gives you instant control over consumption and costs, no support tickets required. Whether you need to pause usage during slow hiring periods or manage budget constraints, toggling Wiz AI off immediately stops all consumption and associated costs.
How to Get Started with Wiz
If you don't currently have Wiz AI enabled, open a support chat within your ATS (chat box in the lower right hand corner). Let Wiz know you would like to speak with support to add the Wiz AI features.
Note: Enabling Wiz AI makes all AI feature controls available in Company Preferences. While account configurers can toggle individual capabilities on or off, all feature options will be visible once the add-on is active.
