Detailed Change Log

2026.1.0 Release on Tuesday, February 17, 2026

Release 2026.1.0 on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, represents our first production deployment of 2026. This major release contains significant enhancements to communication templates, portal infrastructure, email workflow automation, power search functionality, and analytics integration to improve user experience and system performance.

The following changes were deployed as part of this release:

  • Client Office Substitution Fields: Added new substitution fields for Client Office Name and Client Office Address in communication templates. Client Office context is now automatically included when there is a requirement context, enabling users to personalize candidate communications with specific client office information when contacting candidates within a requisition.

  • Portal Attachment Infrastructure Upgrade: Migrated portal application resume storage from legacy PORTAL_ATTACHMENT table to modern S3 infrastructure. Uploaded resumes during portal applications are now stored more efficiently with improved reliability and scalability, with seamless access from the applicant attachment tab.

  • Basic Qualifications Attachment Download Fix: Resolved error that occurred when attempting to download BQ applicant attachments that didn't have an associated job. Users can now successfully download Basic Qualifications attachments from profile creation and portal applications without encountering errors.

  • IES Integration Label Update: Updated the SSO flow action button label from "Request BG Check" to "Generate Application" for improved clarity in the Insperity IES integration. The updated label appears in the More dropdown on both applicant submittal tables and job submittal tables.

  • Automated Sendout Reply Processing: Implemented intelligent email parsing to automatically capture and save contact responses to sendout emails as activities. When contacts with Workbench Access reply to sendout emails (sent to their primary or work email, with no CC/BCC, containing a single applicant), the system automatically creates submittal activities when sent from requirement submittal tab, or user activities for other contexts, streamlining hiring manager feedback collection.

  • Contact UDF Toggle Fix: Resolved issue where enabled User Defined Field checkboxes on contact profiles would toggle off and not re-enable without a page refresh when the "Tabbed User Defined Fields" preference was enabled. The toggle functionality now works correctly without requiring page refreshes.

  • Duplicate Detection Enhancement: Fixed error that prevented calculating duplicate applicants when using all eight duplication fields including first/last name and state. Users can now configure and save all duplication field combinations without encountering PostgreSQL function errors, improving duplicate detection for both applicants and contacts.

  • Multi-Facet Power Search Enhancement: Enhanced power search filtering to allow users to select multiple facets simultaneously for more refined search results. Users can now drill down and drill up through multiple filter dimensions in Job, Contact, and Applicant power searches while maintaining original facet options for improved search flexibility.

  • Wizdom BI Analytics Authentication Enhancement: Updated Wizdom analytics integration to authenticate via individual user email addresses instead of shared service accounts. This change ensures compliance with business intelligence platform requirements and provides better user tracking across Customer 360 charts, Analytics cycle counts, and Job Dashboard Wisdom features.

  • Spark Interview Creation Fix: Resolved error that prevented users from creating Spark interviews when jobs didn't have an external application ID. The system now properly loads and sets the SparkHire external key from ext_requirement_link before converting requirements to Spark jobs, ensuring seamless interview creation workflow with proper UUID assignment and activity tracking.

This release affects all editions.
