Candidate Profile View in Engage

When reviewing candidates in Engage, both recruiters and hiring managers have access to a focused candidate profile view. No need to navigate to the full ATS to get the context you need!

There are two ways to access it:

  • Click a candidate's name from the job submittals table inside Engage

  • Click View Candidate Profile from a candidate sendout email

Both paths open the same view.

What You'll See

  • Candidate Summary Name, contact information, current title, and an AI-generated summary of the candidate's qualifications and fit.

  • Role Alignment Display A horizontal bar chart showing how well the candidate aligns with the role they were submitted for. Each bar uses a Red / Amber / Green indicator to show fit strength. This display always reflects current data and will never contradict the AI summary.

  • Multi-Role Consideration Flag If the candidate is actively being considered for other open roles at your company, a prominent flag appears alongside their profile (for example: "Also Under Consideration: [Job Title] - Interview Stage.") This only surfaces active submittals within your company, declined and archived submittals are not included.

Quick Actions

From the candidate profile view, you can take action without navigating away:

  • View Full ATS Profile β€” Opens the complete candidate record in the ATS

  • Start Conversation β€” Initiates an SMS thread with the candidate (only available if the candidate is not already in another active conversation)

  • Return to Engage Conversation β€” Takes you back to the active thread

  • Update Submittal Status β€” Move the candidate forward or update their pipeline status without leaving Engage

A Note on Hiring Manager Access

Hiring Managers access this view through sendout emails. If a Hiring Manager does not have Engage access, clicking View Candidate Profile will redirect them to the full ATS applicant profile instead.
