Filter Submittals by Status (Filter View)

Hide submittals with statuses you don't need to see on a job's Submittals tab.

Filter View lets you hide submittals by status on a job's Submittals tab, so the list shows only the candidates you're actively working. For example, you can hide every submittal in a Declined status.

When to use it: your Submittals list is cluttered with declined, rejected, or closed candidates.

Who can use it: Filter View is available to recruiter users. Hiring manager users do not see the Filter View button.

Filter submittals by status

  1. Open a job and go to the Submittals tab.

  2. Click Filter View in the top right of the table.

  3. In the Manage Status Filters window, choose Hidden or Visible for each status. Use Make All Hidden or Make All Visible to change every status at once.

  4. Click Save. Submittals in hidden statuses no longer appear in the list.

You can change these settings again at any time. Filter View hides rows only. It doesn't change submittal records, and the table columns can't be hidden.

Filter View vs. Change Screen Filter

Filter View is also available on submittal, job, and contact lists on Client, Hiring Manager, and Branch profiles. For a full tour of the job, see The Job Profile.
