In additional to the Basic Candidate Information, more specific detailed information on the candidate can be stored on their profile including personal, employment, pay, source, and other helpful internal information. This information can be entered by the Candidate if they create their own profile or later on by you. This information is directly under the basic information.

Status - This indicates the current status of the candidate. By default candidates are set to active.

Status Note - This provides additional details about the main status and can be used to communicate information internally.

Current Pay - Candidate's current pay rate. The rate can be entered as an hourly or annually.

Desired Pay - Candidate's desired pay rate. The rate can be entered as an hourly or annually.

Pay Comments - Any additional comments or notes about pay can be put here, such as commissions or bonuses

Date of Birth - Candidate's date of birth. This option can be hidden

SSN - Candidate's Social Security Number

Email Allowed - If you are able to email the candidate. If the candidate has opted out of emails, you will be unable to change this. The Candidate will need to update it themselves.

SMS Allowed - If you are able to text the candidate.

Do Not Hire - Indicates that the candidate is not employable by your company. This will place on flag on them in searches.

Current Employee - Indicates that the Candidate is currently an employee at your company.

Work Permit - You can select the type of work permit the Candidate has or that the candidate is a US Citizen.

Employment Type - Indicates what type of employment the candidate is seeking, W-2, Corp-to-Corp, or 1099

Available Date - Date the candidate is available to being work

Availability Comments - Additional details about the availability date

Preferred Location - Notes about where the candidate would prefer to work

Recruiter - The recruiter assigned to the candidate.

Referred By - This is a text field that displays on the candidate experience portal that lets the candidate type the name of the person who referred them

Source - This is how the Candidate found out and applied for work with your company, or where the recruiter found the resume of the Candidate. This is a drop down list that you create.

Other Source - This is a text field that displays on the candidate experience portal that lets the candidate type their own source if it was not one of the choices listed.

Username - If the candidate applied on your candidate portal, then this will be whatever username they selected. If the candidate applied through a job board, this will default to their BrightMove Candidate ID.
