Wiz AI Billing Update Effective April 1, 2026

Dear Valued Customers,

As we continue to enhance and expand BrightMove's AI capabilities, we want to keep you informed of an important billing update effective April 1, 2026.

What's Changing

Since January 2026, we have only shown on the Wiz AI Usage dashboard and billed for manual AI usage - when users actively initiate AI evaluations through the ATS interface. Beginning April 1, 2026, billing will include both manual and automatic AI usage. Additionally, both of these kinds of AI usages are now displayed on the Wiz AI Usage dashboard.

This change reflects the full value and convenience of our automatic evaluation capabilities, which have been streamlining workflows since we introduced the "Automatic Wiz Submittal Evaluation" feature in September 2025.

Enhanced Visibility & Control

As part of our ongoing commitment to transparency and user control, we've enhanced your ability to monitor and manage AI usage:

Pricing Reminder

Our AI pricing structure remains unchanged:

  • Monthly base: $50 (includes 1M tokens)

  • Additional tokens: $50 per 1M tokens

Usage is entirely optional - you maintain complete control over whether automatic evaluation remains enabled for your organization.

Managing Your Preferences

To review your current usage or adjust your automatic evaluation settings:

  1. Navigate to Analytics > Wiz AI Usage Dashboard

  2. Review your consumption patterns

  3. Enable or disable "Automatic Wiz Submittal Evaluation" as needed for your workflow

Looking Ahead

We continue to invest in expanding capabilities, with additional AI features coming soon including Applicant Sendouts AI and Job Scoring AI. These enhancements will follow the same transparent, usage-based billing model.
