We want to make sure our customers have accurate information about recent changes some may be experiencing with Indeed application volume.
In mid-April, Indeed required BrightMove to migrate to their new Job Sync API as part of Indeed's 2026 partner program requirements. This was a mandatory transition initiated and designed by Indeed. BrightMove completed this migration as required, and we continue to send a complete, real-time feed of all open jobs to Indeed.
Following this transition, some customers have reported a reduction in applicant flow from Indeed. We are actively engaged with Indeed's partner team to investigate and understand what is driving these changes and what options exist for our customers.
