Information Required to Enable Engage SMS

To activate Engage SMS in your BrightMove account, we must first register your organization for messaging compliance and provisioning. This process requires business verification and coordination with external messaging networks.
Because of these required steps, setup is not immediate.

Once all required information is received, activation typically takes 10–15 business days.
Submitting complete and accurate information upfront helps avoid delays and ensures your SMS service is ready by your planned go-live date.

Required Business Information
Please be prepared to provide the following details about your organization:


Company Details

  • Legal business name

  • Business type (e.g., Corporation, LLC, Non-profit, Partnership)

  • Industry

  • Regions where your business operates

  • Company website

  • Social media profile links (if available)

  • Public or private company status

  • Stock exchange and ticker (if publicly traded)

Business Registration

  • Country-specific business registration or tax ID number

  • Registration type (e.g., EIN, VAT, or other national identifier)

Authorized Representative
A company representative must be designated for verification.

Required details:

  • First and last name

  • Job title

  • Role or position

  • Phone number

  • Email address

Business Address

  • Company name (for mailing purposes)

  • Street address

  • Suite or secondary address (if applicable)

  • Postal/ZIP code

SMS Verification Contact

  • A business email address for verification and authentication steps

Recently issued tax IDs may take several weeks to appear in validation systems.
