Email Management

Where to find, edit and delete your scheduled sends.

Email Management is your central hub for viewing, editing, and deleting email drafts and scheduled messages created in BrightMove. You can access it from the My Quick Links menu by clicking your avatar in the top right corner.

What You'll Find Here

Email Management displays all emails you've composed or scheduled directly within BrightMove. Each entry shows:

  • Status — Draft or Scheduled

  • Subject — The email subject line (if added)

  • Recipients — Who the email is addressed to

  • Scheduled Date — When the email is set to send (for scheduled messages)

Managing Your Emails

Click the three-dot Actions menu on any row to:

  • Edit — Reopen the email in the Compose Email window to make changes

  • Delete — Permanently remove the draft or scheduled message

Composing Emails in BrightMove

Emails are composed using the communicate dropdown accessible throughout the ATS (from candidate to hiring manager profiles.) The composer supports rich text formatting, file attachments, job attachments, substitution fields, and Wiz AI-assisted writing.

Note: A subject line is required before sending. Emails saved without a subject will appear in Email Management as drafts without a subject displayed.

Email Management vs. BrightSync

Email Management tracks messages composed and sent within BrightMove. It is not connected to your external email client.

If your organization uses Microsoft Outlook with Office 365, BrightSync offers a deeper integration: bidirectional calendar sync, inbox auto-parsing, contact push, and sent items visibility — all without leaving BrightMove.
