Sponsor Jobs on ZipRecruiter

Right from BrightMove!

Getting a job in front of more candidates on ZipRecruiter just got a whole lot easier. You can now sponsor (and pause) ZipRecruiter job postings directly from the job's profile, with no need to log into ZipRecruiter separately or juggle two systems to manage your paid postings.

Why it's Worth it:

  • 4 out of 5 customers who post on ZipRecruiter get a quality candidate within the first day.

  • On average, sponsored jobs receive nearly 8x more applicants than organic jobs

Where to Find It

Head to a Job Profile → Job Board tab → Paid tab. If a job is eligible for sponsorship, you'll see a new ZipRecruiter row. From there:

  • Not yet sponsored? Click Sponsor with ZipRecruiter to get started.

  • Already sponsored? The same row lets you pause sponsorship at any time.

One-Time Setup for New ZipRecruiter Users

The first time you sponsor a job, you may need to verify your email and submit a short, pre-filled form:

  • Full name

  • Phone number

  • Title (defaults to Recruiter)

  • Company name

  • Company zip code

  • Company website

Once submitted, you're set up to sponsor jobs going forward! The sponsor modal will even pre-select whichever job you were viewing when you started.

Permissions

ZipRecruiter sponsorship is controlled by a new set of permissions under Job Board Postings, available on all packages:

Permission

What it unlocks

ZipRecruiter Sponsor Jobs

Sponsor a job on ZipRecruiter

ZipRecruiter Unsponsor Jobs

Pause an active sponsorship

ZipRecruiter View All Jobs

See jobs sponsored by other recruiters on your team, not just your own

ZipRecruiter Manage Billing

Add a payment card directly when sponsoring

If you don't have the permission needed for an action, you'll see a lock icon in place of the button.

A Few Things to Know

  • If a job isn't eligible for ZipRecruiter sponsorship, you'll see a disabled Job Not Sponsorable button instead.

  • If you have Manage Billing access, you can add a card right from the sponsor flow. If not, you'll see a prompt to contact your admin to get a card on file.

  • ZipRecruiter requires an email on file to generate your sponsorship token. If yours isn't set, you'll see an alert icon letting you know.

  • If something goes wrong during sponsorship, the job will show under Available rather than Paid until the status is confirmed.
