When logged into your BrightMove account, there is a blue bubble at the bottom right of your screen (see below). Simply click the bubble, scroll down if applicable and choose Send us a message. Type in your question and our AI agent Wiz, will give you an answer in seconds!
If you need additional help, you can ask to speak with an agent at any time and Wiz will route you to our team right away. An agent typically responds within a few hours.
If no agents are available, we’ll follow up by the next business day.
Support Ticket Tracking
Things happen! If your system isn’t working as expected or you think you’ve run into a bug, we’re here to help. You can also reach out if you need assistance with your available BrightMove licenses.
To open a Support ticket or request a license adjustment, use the same chat bubble mentioned above and scroll to the bottom of the chat window to create a ticket. Complete the required fields and click Create Ticket. One of our agents will follow up to assist you.
To view your previously submitted tickets, click the Tickets tab within the chat box.
