Adding a Logo or Image to Your Email Signature

Using a URL to Insert Images into Your Signature

Updated this week

If you are looking to add a logo or image to your email signature in BrightMove, the recommended method is to insert the image using a URL rather than uploading directly from your computer.

Adding an Image via URL:

If your logo or image is already hosted online (such as on your company website) you can insert it directly into your signature using its URL.

  1. Right-click the image on your website or wherever it appears online and select Copy Image Address (the exact wording may vary by browser).

  2. In the Manage Signature window, click the Image button in the toolbar (the icon that shows a silhouette of mountains).

  3. In the Image Properties popup, select the Image Info tab.

  4. Paste the copied URL into the URL field.

  5. You should see a preview of the image appear on the right.

  6. Adjust the Width and Height fields as needed to resize the image.

  7. Click OK, then click Save.

What if my image isn't available online?

If your logo or image is not publicly hosted anywhere online, it won't have a URL you can copy. In that case, reach out to BrightMove Support, and we can host the image for you. Once it's hosted, we'll provide you with a URL you can use following the steps above.
