Anonymizing Candidate Identity in Sendouts
Anonymize for Sendouts hides candidate identity from Hiring Managers in Quick Links and Wiz AI summaries. It can be set at four levels: Company, Client, Job, and the individual Sendout. Each level can lock or default the ones below it.

How the Levels Work
Company-level ON - Anonymization applies to every sendout across your account. The Client and Job-level toggles are locked and greyed out, since the company setting overrides them.
Client-level ON (with Company OFF) - Anonymization applies to every job under that client. The Job-level toggle is locked. On the compose email modal, the checkbox is automatically checked, but you can uncheck it to send that one message unanonymized.
Job-level ON (with Company and Client OFF) - Anonymization applies to sendouts for that job. The checkbox on the compose email modal is checked by default; unchecking it overrides anonymization for that one message only.
Sendout-level only (all levels OFF) - Nothing is locked. You can manually toggle the checkbox on the compose email modal to anonymize that one message.
Note: Turning on the Company-level toggle doesn't erase any Client- or Job-level settings you already have configured. They're just locked and overridden while Company-level is on. If you later turn Company-level back off, whatever Client- or Job-level anonymize settings you had in place before will still be there and back in effect.
What Changes When Anonymize Is On
Quick Links show "Candidate" in place of the candidate's real name
The Wiz AI summary excludes any personally identifying information
The View Candidate Profile, Open Chat, and Hiring Manager Workspace links are removed from the email clicj through landing page. Clicking a disposition button (like Recommend Hire or a star ranking) simply records the action and gives the Hiring Manager the option to close the window, without revealing identity or linking through to the full profile
Saving a Sendout as a Draft
If you save a sendout as a draft with Anonymize turned on, the setting is preserved. When you come back and finish sending it, the message goes out anonymized as originally set.
