Controlling Job Board Distribution

You can control whether a job goes out to external job boards independently of whether it's visible on your Candidate Experience Portal or actively in your pipeline. This gives you a way to keep a job open, submittable, and postable to your own portal while blocking it from reaching third-party job boards.

Go to Settings > Job Status to manage your company's job statuses. Each status has a Do Not Distribute column. Checking it means any job in that status is excluded from job board distribution.

This is independent of the Submittable and Reportable columns, so a status can still function normally in your workflow while blocking board distribution. For example, an "Open - Do Not Distribute" status can remain Submittable and Reportable; it just won't go out to job boards.

You can apply Do Not Distribute to a new custom status you create, or to an existing status.
